How to find out the right Direction

Faster Execution

Constant Urgency

Yet! No meaningful progress…

Let’s understand, why this happens

When direction is cloudy,

  • Everything feels Important
  • Nothing feels strategic
  • Leaders push Activity instead of giving clarity

Means you are doing, you have to do, you have to act upon symptoms not on the root cause and you will be led to confusion and frustration at the end, and good people will leave the organization with out letting you know the cause.

Here my point will again prove right, as here also you don’t have clues.

Being busy becomes the Mantra of your life, if may seem productive and uncomfortable thinking will be avoided at any cost. Congratulations!!! you are completely clouded and so your business.

If businesses have clear direction that these are the indicators:

  • Meetings are fewer
  • Decisions are clear
  • Work feels calmer

Common indicators when businesses struggle:

  • Calanders are full
  • Teams are exhausted
  • Leaders are firefighting daily
  • Employees have “Open to work” status on their LinkedIn profile
  • HR is busy in interviewing and hiring and typing Experience letters

It’s clearly a direction issue which many businesses are daily facing.

This can be changed any moment by asking right question:

Instead of asking “Why aren’t people working hard enough?”

Start asking:

  • What are we optimizing for?
  • What should we stop doing?
  • What decisions are we postponing?

Clarity reduces workload and you can try it.
