It was during a casual discussion that I met Mr. Prajjwal Misra, a young entrepreneur with the spark
in his eyes and a vision for the future. He runs a company RIPL, specializing in Building Information
Modeling (BIM), ERP and ArchiCAD solutions and project management consultancy- a sector that, at
first glance, might seem highly technical, but as he explained, it is also deeply transformative.
The World of BIM and Digital Twins
As we spoke, Mr. Prajjwal, Painted a vivid picture that how BIM is changing the construction and
infra industry. He described it not just a software or a tool, but as a digital language of collaboration.
Through BIM, architects, engineers and contractors can work together seamlessly, spotting potential
issues before they become costly mistakes.
What fascinated me the most was his explanation of the digital twin concept, imagine a virtual
replica of a building or asset that mirrors it’s real world counterpart in real time, With this,
companies can monitor performance, predict maintenance needs, and make smarter decisions, so it
also offers a great help in re-modelling of existing building, It felt like stepping in to future of
Infrastructure management.

advice he give to the aspiring entrepreneurs. His response was simple yet profound:

Listening to him, I realized that BIM, and consultancy are not about just managing projects, they are
about reshaping how we build and sustain our world. His Journey is a reminder that
